Rather than applying a fixed percentage across the board, we tailor our fees based on both the level of service provided and the property itself. This allows us to offer a structure that is fair, competitive, and reflective of each individual instruction, not a one-size-fits-all approach.
Our full management service is competitively priced, with fees carefully tailored to suit each property we manage. We assess every instruction individually to ensure a fair and appropriate structure, while consistently delivering the high standards of service we’re known for.
We believe in being clear from the very start. Our transparent setup and marketing fees cover everything needed to present your property professionally and compliantly, ensuring it’s marketed effectively and ready to attract the right tenants. No hidden costs, no surprises, just a straightforward approach that sets your let up for success from day one.
Switching from another agent? We’ll manage the entire transition for you, making the process seamless and stress-free. Our management fees only begin once you’re fully up and running with us, with only a nominal setup fee for tenanted transfers so you can move with confidence and ease.

Unlike many agents, we do not inflate contractor costs or invoices. We provide fixed costs where possible for compliance certification. You are also free to use your own approved and certified contractors.
