After seeing a few properties I liked on Zoopla. I called 4 different agencies and left voicemails. Premier Property Management were the only agency that got back in touch. The next day I was invited through email to view the property the following day. I was asked to fill out an application form on the website, which was straightforward. What a lovely, warm and friendly service we received today whilst visiting, hopefully our new home. We were met by Grace, of Premier Property Management at the property in Fife, with a big friendly smile and sincere hello. Once inside, Grace made us feel extremely welcome with her very personable tour. Rebecca has , I think , been looking after our Dundee flat for over a year .Throughout that time she has always been most helpful , professional and proactive whenever we have a tenancy issue e.g. very recently our tenant had problems with a leaking hot water boiler . On the same day the tenant e mailed PPM about the problem , Rebecca organized a contractor's visit and informed me . The problem was fixed by the end of the day , with Rebecca keeping me up to date throughout to let me know what was happening. It's also reassuring to have continuity and to deal with same person at PPM whenever there is a problem

We have rented out our flat in St Andrews with Premier Property Management for over 6 years. They have always sourced excellent tenants, coped with any issues promptly and professionally and kept us informed as Landlords as to the condition of the flat on a regular basis. We also have a number of properties in The Wormit area and the staff at PPM have helped with tenant finds and the drawing up of leases. When these properties become empty we will be transferring them to fully managed as we are finding the legislation too arduous and time consuming. I have no hesitation in recommending PPM to any prospective landlord.
